Life is full of changes - both unexpected and chosen. That's also true of our careers. The biggest decision we all have to make is whether to act or react to what happens to us. You can let career changes come upon you or you can activate changes that will put you in the driver's seat.
Career Counseling is for people who are experiencing such a change, be it looking for direction and assistance in mapping out actionable steps in their current job or transitioning into another career altogether.
Whether your career is just beginning or is well established, you can achieve a career and work life that capitalizes on your past successes, fulfills your passions and ultimately makes your 8-hour workday work for you!
We would first assess what you are good at, followed by what's lacking or needs some attention to make this change successful. We would then clearly determine the route you should take through a [MAP Session], short for My Action Plan. From there, we create a plan-of-action based on the results of your MAP Session that addresses your unique career needs - be it better networking, interviewing skills, salary negotiation, or more broad issues such as identifying the career field that fits your personality and passions.
