David’s education includes a BA in Human Resources through Webster University where he also studied his MBA graduate work. David uses his years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training & Development as well a number of certifications and personal training as an instructor to the advantage of his clients. A Note From David

I’ve spent so much of my career protecting the company for which I was working at the time, including its interests and assets. As a Human Resources professional, I did this by screening applicants and making job offers while keeping the cost for the company at a minimum, hiring and firing individuals, laying people off, as well as working with specific groups in order to improve work dynamics and produce a better and more efficient widget!     There were many times I wish I could have coached individuals and told them why they didn’t get the job. I knew I could help them better prepare to win their dream positions.
