A Note From David

I’ve spent so much of my career protecting the company for which I was working at the time, including its interests and assets. As a Human Resources professional, I did this by screening applicants and making job offers while keeping the cost for the company at a minimum, hiring and firing individuals, laying people off, as well as working with specific groups in order to improve work dynamics and produce a better and more efficient widget!

There were many times I wish I could have coached individuals and told them why they didn’t get the job. I knew I could help them better prepare to win their dream positions. Now I can.

While performing these important tasks, there were many times I wish I could have coached individuals and told them why they didn’t get the job. I knew I could help them better prepare to win their dream positions. Now I can.

During my HR years, what I most enjoyed was working with VPs/ Executives, Directors, Managers and Employees on developmental issues. I found that this part of my job energized me. Now I use the skills I gained in one-on-one coaching to help my clients to achieve their individual goals…and their success has become my passion.

I’ve found my dream position…the role for which I was made and which gives me great satisfaction every day…now, I’d like to help you find yours.
