For each topic, pick which answer (a or b) best describes you and your thoughts and attitudes about your current job. Be honest with yourself as you answer. You may find it enlightening.

  You answered "b" to  questions.
 
Look at your answers.
If at least five or more of your responses are B’s, you may want to question your current position. It may not be delivering the satisfaction and rewards you deserve, or you may be misplaced in a role which you do not enjoy or for which you have no true passion. Your job…your career…should be a source of energy, satisfaction, rewards and achievement. If it's not, maybe you are in need of a CAP session that will identify root causes with real obtainable action steps for improving your desired outcome.. Life is too short to spend the majority of your time in a job that’s anything less than fulfilling.
In the end, work shouldn’t feel like a job.
