This step-by-step approach begins with a two-hour Career Action Planning (CAP) session to help you focus your career search beyond writing a resume or sharpening interview skills while developing action steps to reach your career potential. The one-on-one session gets to the root of any career problem, identifies what’s working for you and what needs attention, and establishes next steps.
