It doesn’t matter if you’re in high school, college or getting your post-graduate degree, your career starts while you’re still in school.
This is the topic of my latest column for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
In the column, I break down how students of all kinds can begin pursuing their career. Now some might say, “You’re only young once – don’t worry about spending your high school years looking for your career!”
I’m not suggesting that you dedicate your teen years to your career. What I AM saying is that you (or your children) can start finding what they’re passionate about at that age. This can then influence what kind of degree is pursued, and step after step after step later.
I hope you’ll check out the column, and as always, let me know your thoughts in the comments!
