Actions Speak Louder Than Words…Do Yours?

We are all super busy these days running from meeting to meeting, taking calls while in transit and trying to multi-task constantly!  But how do your actions speak to your supervisors, peers, co-workers and subordinates?  Many people have no idea how their body language, inattention to people or looking at their phones impact others perspectives on themselves.   Have you ever been in a meeting where no one is listening to the presenter?  Have you ever had a conversation with your boss and they are looking at their phone the whole time?  Have you had to repeat yourself because your boss/co-worker/subordinate was distracted?  Then this is the session for you!

You will walk away from this session with the ability to…

  • Ensure you capture the attention of your audience from the moment you start speaking
  • Confront someone constructively when they are not paying attention to you and get their attention
  • Utilize simple tips and tricks to ensure you have someone’s attention
