Insight St. Louis – Conducted focus groups with professionals and college students on the challenges of creating a diverse workforce in St. Louis.  Summarized findings in a report for a collaboration of Fortune 500 and midsize companies dedicated to recruiting the best graduates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other undergraduate institutions to the best companies in St. Louis.

Nestle Purina Summer Youth Employment Program – Keynote presentation on key characteristics of successful individuals and how to identify, strengthen and use talents to add value in the workplace.

University of Missouri St. Louis Counselor Connection – Developed and facilitated five full-day workshops for 60-80 counselors from St. Louis area schools.

University of Missouri St. Louis Empowering Young Women Conference – Keynote presentations on personal and leadership development issues for female students from 50 St. Louis area schools.

Forest Park Community College – Taught continuing education course on career planning and development.
