Talent Management is an all-encompassing description of a company’s challenge to attract, retain and manage their workforce. The landscape of Talent Management is fraught with peaks and valleys related to inter-personal relationship issues and directly intersects with corporate financial and cultural goals.

Often a company’s decision to effectively attract and retain competent and engaged employees requires a competitive compensation and benefits package which can easily take up as much as 50% of the cost of goods sold.
